Project Name: Administration Building Light Control System

Energy Conservation Measures: 

Added movement and sunlight sensor at the stairways in the Administration Building. Installed Administration Building and the Library’s light control system, using time schedule to control lighting and socket power usage.

Improvement Measures:

1. Install lighting control module to the lighting circuits in the Administration Building.

2. Install infrared movement sensor modules at the hallways, stairways, and bathroom areas of the building. The modules control the lighting of these areas and can also set turn on turn off times.

3. Replaced light switches with communication switches, can show light circuit off/on at control end.

4. Lighting control system can be operated and controlled by BEMS

Energy Saving Calculation:

Carbon emissions decreased by 57.1 tons.
